83 IUP Will Receives Leeway in Exports Raw Mineral

Indonesia - Confirmed as many as 83 mining license (IUP) of various mineral commodities will have easy export of raw mineral ( ore ) after January 12, 2014.

Moreover, the Government has invited the IUP holders to be given guidance in the application of export of raw mineral leeway to participate in the seminar as well as an increase in value-added mineral evaluation of the progress of construction of the smelter which will be held this week in Bali.

Development Director of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Exploitation, Dede Suhendra do not want to say much about the seminar. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources only invite companies who have submitted the documents  the feasibility study  (FS) development and refining of mineral processing unit ( smelters ) to be evaluated.

Dede asserted, are invited to Bali to be uncertain raw mineral exports in 2014.

"Depending on the team's decision, whether their FS-serious or carelessly, "he said as quoted by the reporter, Jakarta, Tuesday (19/11).

Meanwhile, on separate occasions, Mining analyst Simon F Sembiring said the government should distinguish between the obligations of downstream mineral contracts of work ( KK) and IUP. " IUP newly a few years to mine  so it needs more time to prepare for construction of the smelter," said Simon.
